Please show me where she says this. She is asking a simple question on the IM's in the office. She is cautioning people about e-mails because the requests usually involve every responsive e-mail related to a request... as in when a co-worker gets a request that Senator Joe Shmo want to follow up on a certain non-profit application the co-worker doesn't reply "Oh, that a-hole again?".

Yeah, she just happens to inquire and be concerned about Congressional Subpoenas out of nowhere.
