Well right now, my only option is room temp in my apt (fluctuates between 70 and 78 depending on what time of day and if we are home or not).
Shouldn't ales be fermented in the 60s?

I use a storage closet that stays 65-70 in the winter and 75-78 in the summer. The only beer that I think suffered for that was a stout.
