Well in the case of a documented, airborne threat to public health, I'm good with it. I also believe in public noise ordinances and statutes against indecent exposure.

I like libertarian ideals, i think we should strive for more freedom. But living in a world with no rules would be fricking annoying.
Can you imagine walking down the street and see a game of sticky biscuit in the middle of the street? or walking into a bar and seeing people openly carrying guns? Or people running through red lights?
Absolute freedom is just not possible, the question is what are the reasonable restrictions?
