I would be pissed if someone were to tell me, "Hey Fatass, you need to sit in your house everyday until you finish your book series, which I'll still bitch about upon completion because the story didn't end the way I wanted it to. That means no vacations and no free time. Oh and by the way, you better not die before completing ASOIAF, Fatass!"

And for everyone who's complaining about supporting his work, what about all the people I see sending pirated EPUBs of his novellas around on these message boards? As for his health, this vitriol that fans are spewing on the internet can't be good for his cardiovascular health.
