And you struggle with continued stupidity.
That's the 10% of market value assessment which is what non-commercial property is assessed at under Louisiana property tax law.
The property is valued at $519,500.
So, you're only off by 90% which is not bad for you.....

That property isn't adjacent to the casino. Why does BR want it annexed? I'd turn the guy down and ask the assessor why it's assessed so cheap.
