I don't get the hate for costumes. They are fun!
REx - if you hvaen't been to a burning man event (don't need to go to black rock there are local ones in 25+ states), go. Everyone is in crazy costumes the entire time. Lots of drugs if that is your thing too.

Not necessarily, but they are celebrating Halloween and Mardi Gras. You wear a dog suit around the house, and were foolish enough to post pictures and videos.
