Yea in BR. Never heard of either of those places, but I'll definitely check them out. Thanks.

Problem with a blender is its just not ideal for comp cooking. You can't pre chop and finding power and running a blender isn't always possible. But great idea for home cooking.

I use a ninja food processor for onions at home, works like a charm. Quarter the onion, drop it in, hit it for a few 2-second pulses, and then hit it again if necessary.

Might not be what you're looking for at the camp though.
