I'd recommend 2 Doors Down off E. 17th street in Cheyenne...but in all honesty, just drive past Cheyenne.
If you stop in Laramie, eat at The Crow Bar or Roxie's
If you go up I-25 stop in Buffalo and eat at the Dash Inn or The Winchester, or just save your appetite for Rib and Chop or Powder River Pizza in Sheridan. Go to the Mint Bar in Sheridan and get really fricked up

yeah - Cheyenne was pit of nothingness. Wyoming, while very pretty - is just too much nothingness. i had to drive an hour north every day for a week and back to work when i was there.
