That was me... Obviously it's a generalization as there are some properties that aren't outrageous... I just want to know what a fair price per acre is

Unfortunately that is a "fair" price because there's no open land left currently. The only open land is huge acreage owned by families that, as the elders die, will end up selling to developers for subdivsions as opposed to individuals

Fairs got nothing to do with it. Whatever the market will bare rules the day. Free enterprise Supply and Demand. That stuff.
