Hahaha! So what did we do to "improve" the healthcare system? We expanded healthcare to follow the same shitty system instead of making free market based reforms. Is our healthcare system perfect? No, but I would rather have the system we have now than have a system where they just tell you to take an aspirin and call in the morning (UK).
