I don't think the kid should receive a violation either, but then again....you must take responsibility when you get behind the wheel....regardless!!!!

Well kids can't tell their parents what to do and how do you make a kid responsible when the reason they need an adult with them is the law has said they aren't responsible enough to be responsible lol
On a serious note...I use common sense with what should be legal and I don't think law makers do..,so it probably is the irresponsible child's responsibility
