I just don't see how they hold a child responsible for what an adult should be responsible for.
Think about if your dad was hammered and said you drive...how many 15 yr olds would tell their dad to frick off?

I don't think the kid should receive a violation either, but then again....you must take responsibility when you get behind the wheel....regardless!!!!
