I've lost 100 lbs and gone from a 46" waist to 38". Working on getting down to 34". I'm 6'3" 235 right now, goal is 210 at the end. Still doing some lifting but mainly focused on getting my cardio up - running 2.25 miles per day right now, want to get to 4ish by the end of the year at a 6 mph pace.

Beer is my weakness - not shitty pilsners, but the good craft beer that is loaded with sugars and such. Like last night I hammered down a Russian Stout, an IPA, and 4 canned IPAs since I'm off work today. Will be back in the gym busting my arse again for the rest of the week trying to forget about drinking all that shite.
