I just think that this isn't the thread for it. There are plenty of other threads to post that in. It just seems that he spews hatred in every thread.
I am reading this book, and honestly, I am embarrassed. I have stated my upbringing before. And I lived in MS for school in 2007. These trials weren't very long ago and it took 40 years to get it on trial. And, from what I saw, there is still a lot of hatred there. I was never taught that.
If more people had followed MLK's advice, the world would be a better place. Dr. King was an inspiration and we could use a lot more people like him these days.
Sorry, but the more I read this, the more I get pissed off. I can see now....this will start me on a binge reading kick of civil rights books. I would probably be a statistic if I lived during those times. If you can't tell, I'm willing to fight for what I believe in.
