I don't think he should move to right mid. I think right back is the position he needs to learn. I think he can carve out a nice career with his athleticism and tenacity. He needs to be positionally more aware but that comes with experience.

Agreed. With his athleticism and motor, he could have a nice long career there.

Look at a lot of fullbacks across the pond - Glen Johnson, Ashley Cole, Jordi Alba to name a few. All of them really started out as attackers or more refined with their skill pushing up the pitch. Defensive positioning can be taught and refined, but you can't teach pure athleticism, and having someone that helps add to the attack is such a great asset to have in a fullback, see Fab Johnson.
