Jackson not just because of sack numbers at all.
Its what he would bring to the whole defense in effort, pride, and relentless pursuit of completely destroying the other teams will to score. I think he elevates the play of the entire defense, shores up the weakest group on the team and makes the D a #1 unit.
I don't think any other position or player does that.

George Rogers had the following his rookie year.
378 carries
1,674 yards
4.4 yard average
104.6 yards/game
16 receptions
126 yards
1,800 yards from scrimmage
His only problem was too many fumbles.
Considering the supporting cast he would be surrounded by in 2014...I would love to see what he could do.

This is why I'd choose him over some of the others. Some of the past RB's would definitly be better than anything on the roster but we'd still have S.P. as the guy in charge and with him dedicated to the passing game, I don't see any of the past rb's being as much of difference maker. Or for that matter, Roaf....while leaps and bounds better than what's on the roster now, the OL runs through the interior mostly.
My second choice if that were an option though, would be Muncie at rb. If he could have stayed away from the blow, he'd probably be in the HOF.
