I agree somewhat gris, except I am selling soon and don't want to unload more money into this place I can put on the next. Plus I shouldn't have to. The first time and only time the daughter approached me I told her I was more than willing to do whatever was necessary for them to "repair" the fence. Which is what she said they needed to do. I even offered to help. The next day they built that.

It's 10 feet tall by the way.

I might just paint it green and put 300 on it to look like Boston.

I'm afraid saying anything about her fence at all was a mistake. If you're selling, making that deck and yard look nice without spending a bunch of money would go a long way. It's in desperate need of some color.
