What is the objective with nofap anyway?

If your girlfriend is pissed at you, just fap and still sleep like a champ.

I just went a week while the wife was away with her mom. No more energy, grumpy, nuts ache, constant leakage of precum, feels like I gotta piss all the time, and Im getting mean.

Wife just got back. She's about to get a quart of man yogurt dumped on her.
