I have two chicks that I am great friends. One I worked with in highschool for 3 years. She's the one who introduced me to my fiancée. We actually text several times a week. We live several states apart now so we rarely hang out though. My fiancée is 100% fine with it. I guess she's just a great mutual friend.
The other is a current coworker who I also went to college with for 4 years. Until recently she was like one of the guys who would stop for a beer with the rest of us after work. But she has now transferred to an out of state office to be closer to her boyfriend.
Neither of these chicks are overly attractive and I've never had any inappropriate moments with them. If they were smoking hot, I don't think I could be as close to them without doing something stupid.

If a woman can't/won't get your dick wet or help out your career then ya'll want nothing to do with them.
Of course I would expect nothing less from the OT where it's the cool thing to pretend to be super alpha macho man.
