Does anyone have info on which states offer custom LSU license plates?

I recently moved and need to get new plates so I was hoping this was an option.

I do not have a list of states, but Georgia has a LSU plate with the eye of tiger. I drive with it proudly in the heart of bulldawg country.

Virginia doesnt, or did not last time I looked for custom plates.
