The Courts could never make such a final ruling in time. The evidence is mostly rumor-based. There would be appeals and the "evidence" at this point is less than meager according to all of the newspapers in Mississippi. In addition, his five major backing groups have all announced that they have accepted the result and have moved on - FreedomWorks, Club for Growth, the Senate Conservatives Fund, Tea Party Express and Tea Party Patriots. I am not convinced McDaniel will even proceed with such an effort. It's only been 48 hours and I think there's a good chance he will look at this over the weekend and realize he has nothing to gain in this situation. His supporters will go all in to encourage him to contest the result, but he will do what's best for himself in the long run.

I fully understand that my opinion runs counter to most on this Board. Please note neither of my posts attacks, insults, demeans or otherwise criticizes either his supporters or the candidate himself. My opinion is based upon gathering as much information as I have been able to. I stand by my "zero chance" conclusion concerning the likelihood or even possibility of a new runoff being ordered by the courts. Only time will determine the merit of my assessment.
