that's ultimately the biggest thing for me. although, i can't speak on having answers or solving problems, but ultimately trying to fight out of them. the emotions do suck big time, though.
eta: I'm sure i'll have another bout with this stuff down the road.

yeah, that's what you do.
I say you owe it to others because there is going to be a time when they need you.
you might not always get what you are looking for from others when you are struggling but a lot of times its just a personal struggle within yourself that you have to fix.
until you realize that, people's words mean nothing.
