At first medic I thought that you missed something in the tropical weather thread and felt bad. Look first off, you should probably get the F off this website. Honestly you should if shite is that bad. Don't start GMT threads assuming everyone is your friend. Go out and enjoy life.

Also realize that what you do is in your hands and not anyone else's. Look I believe in higher powers and this isn't a bash on that, just know you are in control.

Next- stay focused on being a man for your son. That is always the right thing even if he isn't with you.

Lastly just make today better than yesterday- and aim for that every fricking day. Sure there are some days you may step back but keep moving forward.
