as an aside, I used to fish with a gourmet chef when I lived in FL, and anytime we'd catch a blackfin, he'd start fileting it as soon as we got it on the boat, and he'd pass around slivers of that while the fish was still alive, and it was pretty tasty

yea, I've participated in eating samples of live fish parts and other fresh caught parts and its a different situation when Hunting\fishing with an expert in the wild than getting all dolled up and going to an air conditioned building to recreate the experience...its not a pet peave, just not my cup of tea.
