No, but probably top 100 IMO. Talk about a band that really fell off.

One of my favorite albums when it came out. I listened to it a couple of years ago and it really doesn't hold up well over time. I found it very boring save for a song or two.
An album that came out around the same time that I didn't like at the time, but recently listened to and loved was Ben Folds Five's Whatever and Ever Amen.

I'd put Counting Crows as one of the more well-rounded bands of our time period. I think the material will age well.
I went to a show for CC on Sunday, it was pretty good. The tracks from the forthcoming album were especially impressive, with a alt country/folk feel. Interested to see if it sounds good in studio.
