2nd tier is fine, esp. for his cost. Look at it:
1. CP3 - 21.5mil
2. Deron Williams - 19.75mil
3. Wall - 19.2mil
4. Rose - 18.8mil
5. Westbrook - 15.7mil
6. Parker - 12.5mil
7. Lawson - 12.0mil
8. Evans (sort of?) - 11.0mil
9. Rondo - 11.0mil
10. Curry - 11.0mil
11. Holiday - 10.25mil
After:

We're getting a good value on him. I'd put only 2-3 'cheaper' PGs that are better than him. Other than that, he's paid what he should be paid imo.
