My issue is with the bullshite excuses, etc.

I have no idea if there is any there, there. But, THAT is secondary to the ridiculousness of :

NOT immediately informing the committee of issues with HD crashes
NOT knowing who told you that this important issue was discovered and when
NOT adequately valuing backup systems and/or FIRING the asshat that decided not to fund that adequately.
NOT being proactive and forthcoming about this

As for the Dems on the committee, NOT being outraged about the above.


Look...NOT having evidence of "wrong doing" does NOT reduce the need for absolute and open cooperation in this matter.


The actions and "failures" look sketchy. But, what is damning is the lack of urgency to get full and open cooperation on the table. It is pathetic and maddening.
