Exactly. I'm guessing that most of the people commenting didn't even read the article but:

There were two dudes with the last name Scott. This was the other guy, not Malcolm:

frick a guy's life up with a felony and 3 years in the pen for weed

Not making excuses for him, but unless that weed charged involved an armed robbery or something, no way he should have done that time.

ETA: I now realize this was for the other guy, but still...

If Malcolm Scot was on the '81 team no way is he only 41 years old. I think you're mixing up your Scots.
