Well put. I know there are alot of touts out there that tell you to memorize all the areas, each input and output and all of those fine details. It may be useful in helping to discern some of the scenarios, but what I find is that is more beneficial to those without "real" PM experience. Lots of people massage their qualifications to make things count for experience, but if you truly been doing project management work, especially if it was modeled or followed some of the same format that PMBOK puts out, it won't be too hard. I recommend read through the book once or so to see what they got in there, watch some free videos on you tube, take in a study guide or two and take lots of practice tests. The practice will most likely be completely different, but will help the confidence the higher you score.
I was able to pass my first time with all above targets as well. Good luck.

This made me laugh out loud. It is obvious to me that whoever wrote the PMBOK has little to no project management experience.
