You should have access to Moodle now using the same credentials as Compass ( LINK ).
Logging in now will fam yourself with the GUI and some of the pre req's your are supposed to, but not required, do.
The emails from each course are dependant on the Professor for each. Some send them the day before, others a weekin advance.
Good luck, I do not have experience with the classes/instructors you mentioned.

Thanks AlphaBravo, for some reason I can't log-in Moodle. I guess I'll give it sometime for them to give me access. Appreciate your input.
Edit: I just read in the link you provided that it usually takes 48 hrs for the access to be granted.
