yeah NBA trades aren't like NFL trades, where you can have a "hershel walker" like deal and results (even then, in the NFL hitting all those home runs is rare as frick)

when was the last time the pieces given for a superstar ended up being close to an argument for the piece given up? gasol-gasol maybe, but that took years and was routinely used an example of the NBA rigging itself to aide the lakeshow
