uuuugh... yea i would say case closed is accurate. you only end up with a windshield like that 2 ways. hit someone or have someone jump on your hood and beat the shite out of your car.

Take it you've never hit large animal in a car before.. ... Granted the possibility striking a very large Deer or Horse might not be culprit.. but there are more ways to get damage similar that hitting someone..
But She's Asian and female ...still a liability on any hwy
