I don't understand why you don't think this was a chickenshit thing for Wyden to do in a public hearing?

Not a chance in hell there is anything resembling a breech in that statement. Again though, what part of

If he thought fielding it would entail jeopardy, he could have requested Feinstein relegate it to closed session.
He didn't. That was no accident.
