My top 4:

From Russia With Love

Casino Royale (remake)

Licence To Kill -- until the CR remake this was the closest the films had come to the Bond of Ian Fleming's novels

On Her Majesty's Secret Service

I love all the Bond films, but to me, nothing tops Casino Royale and Thunderbal. TB was way ahead of its time, imho.

As far as Die Another Day is concerned, I loved the villain, the weapon, the story and twist, but the invisible car, cartoonish CGI, and nonstop action ruined it for me. And as hot as Berry was, her character and acting was horrendous. But all that be damned, Graves/Moon was the shiz.

Sub Goldfinger in for Russia and this is my exact tier 1:

Tier 1:
Goldfinger, Casino Royale (2000s), License to Kill, OHMSS

Tier 2:
Dr. No, From Russia with Love, Thunderball, Skyfall, Goldeneye

Tier 3:
You Only Live Twice, Living Daylights, Spy Who Loved Me

The Rest

Outstanding list. These are my top 4. From Russia with Love and Licence to Kill are 1 and 1A for me.

And I'll add a #5--The Spy Who Loved Me. Best of the Moore films IMO and had the absolute coolest frickin villain lair in Bond history and the ridiculously gorgeous Anya Amasova, probably the most underrated Bond girl in history.

ETA: Oh yeah. And this:
