Do we really know if Affleck will be playing and directing Batman in the solo films?
From what I've heard Jett of BOF describe, basically the solo Batman films will be set in a time prior to Superman and the JL. The solo films will be younger Batman in his prime. I could see Affleck directing these movies while someone else also plays Batman. All the same time, Affleck is playing the older Batman in the JL movies.

Best case scenario, no way Affleck will want to have the FIRST solo film in 5 years time.
I mean, you never know, but still.
