It's broad daylight, in the middle of the summer, in Pensacola. That "little girl" is probably in her 20s, and took the job knowing the risks of working a retail position. The fact that it's a cellphone store means absolutely nothing.
Regardless, us arguing about this is pointless. Her employer isn't liable.

Well to be fair the demo of people that use Boost mobile aren't the most upstanding citizens and all the Boost store I have ever seen are in undesirable parts of towns.
