Besides the things you mentioned, Ngorogoro crater is an excellent safari experience and I would highly recommend it.
But nothing compares to the Serengeti. Make sure you spend a couple of days camping out in it.
ETA how could I forget Zanzibar? Definitely worth going to. If you go to Zanzibar, do a spice tour and go to their street market by the water. Tons of fresh seafood and the atmosphere is very nice.
