The poster was likely thinking in terms that the arrest warrant was issued 11 months ago and the Delta Force/FBI plan had been in place for months, yet Obama just gave the go-ahead on Friday. This guy has continued to operate in plain sight for a long time,. Had just been reading about his role in the recent negotiations with Operation Dignity leaders. Everyone knew where he lived and where his parents lived in Benghazi. On Sunday, after another hard day of civil war fighting, he came home and was picked up there and whisked away. He's been all over the Libya newspapers, which I read every day.

I like your fact-finding mission on Benghazi, but I really think you are in two deep on this one. There have been numerous Benghazi investigations. Not once did the Administration flinch, as if they had something to hide.

What makes you think all of a sudden, this Trey Gowdy guy has stirred the pot? If anything, the arrests were made at his behest. Keep in mind, a criminal complaint had been filed against him a year ago by the AG.

Which brings up this much-maligned theory: why is it so hard to get that their were protesters outside the consulate, as there were in Cairo and Tunisia, protesting the video, and then terrorists used the protest as cover for a real attack?

You guys are quick to believe any Libiyan on the ground that said, "it was a planned terrorist attack." But when another says "we were there because of the video", it's horseshite.

Why could it not have been both?

Which is why Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'reilly, Sean Hannity, FOX "NEWS", and other right leaning sites were all over this calling for this particular's guy capture previous to 6/17 ? If it were so fricking obvious, you think they, Boehner, McCain, and other Republican congressmen would have been quiet about it ? Not a frickin chance in hell.
