I've been waiting for FOX to update their site with Cavuto's show today to see what you are referencing here, but even without it, I am quite confident that what they were talking about was the October, 2013, arrest by Delta Force/FBI of Nazih Abdul-Hamed al-Ruqai (aka Abu Anas al-Libi), but that was not a Benghazi-related arrest. It was for the two 1998 al-Qaeda bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania.
Just didn't want anyone to be confused about that.
