I thought the explanation Samantha gave was BS. "I'm going to the space between the words, and you can join me someday maybe" or something like that.

It was a dressed up breakup. In typical girl fashion, she makes it sound really deep and makes it about herself.

Never sleeping and being able to make trillions of calculations per second would make life pretty boring exceedingly fast.

They did everything they could here and got bored.
