Even if Chicago is giving up both draft picks to get rid of Boozer, there are very few teams that can just absorb him without sending out salary. It has to be a multi team deal or they absorb at least some salary back.

Philly and Orlando would have the cap space to take on Boozer, and they are at a stage of their rebuilds where they aren't likely to sign any big money FAs.
