Quality
Creativity
Originality
I mean you may think you know the type of game, but the experience is so much more unique than the simple adventure game (Zelda's closest genre). For most of their AAAA games they craft it to perfection.
Because of that level of quality, yes there's nostalgia, yes there's a complete game, yes there's everything you want in a game, but it's done so well. It's all about the quality.
If you want a triple play before the new Zelda, honestly, play A Link to the Past, OoT, and Wind Waker. OoT is the only one that you might have to find creatively.

There's emulators out there. I have OoT on my computer. Now Wind Waker...not so much

I'm gonna try to play those plus the two I bought tonight before the new zelda comes out
