Start making noise about contempt of court, summary judgements, etc., against the tech guys in charge of the IRS e-mail system and they'll magically find that shite pretty damn quick.

Next can of worms-
Since the IRS can't find the e-mails, I guess the House can subpoena the White House's entire e-mail system for 2009-2011.

And what about the backup emails at DOJ, Congress, etc.? Are they "lost", too?
