I had plenty of friends who served there who were telling me what a nightmare that place was and predicted what would happen the moment we left. Most of those predictions are right on schedule.

Well...considering that in 2010 Biden called Iraq one of OBAMA'S biggest achievments, I'd have to place the "blame" on Obama.
