I probably would've too if I thought I'd pissed away as much he almost did.

I'm happy he's doing well, but i honestly think he cost us a championship the season he got booted. That wil always suck.

the guy was a touchdown swing with his ability to turn the ball over and return punts. We would have beaten Florida by 10, Bama by a couple, and then throttled Notre Dame.

Damnit. I won't let 2011 and'12 rest until Buga, Harris, and co restore order

Not trying a fake field goal on 4th and 13 against Bama and taking the ball out of Mett's hands at the end of the game prevented us from winning a championship.

He could have torn his ACL in the 1st game of the season, and our defense didn't cost us the UF game.

Maybe we would have won both those games with him, but there is no way we should have lost to Bama. The coaches had a brilliant game plan, Mett played great, but the in-game decisions killed us

I totally agree, DF.

He has that extra want, that all coaches look for and that elevates all good players to great players.

That is why, even though he's not a combine guy, his something extra and love for the game will earn him a long, successful NFL career.

Well yeah, but there are some things bigger than the game of football. His well being is what I am talking about. It appears he has come a long way. Just wanting to reach out to others shows he has done a lot of soul searching.
