And Briggs is a suck bastard. Letting Charlie feel responsible and guilty for the Badillo wife and all that... sick bastard.

Something is gonna happen to Jakes and I think its going to be Briggs. When Jakes told him early on in the episode that "he knows him and what hes done" and with the way hes been drinking Briggs might want to shut him up.
