Did you follow how many QBs left? Does it matter why he left? He left.

So because QB's transfer, for any given reason, Jennings could possibly transfer. Sound reasoning.

Let me blow your mind: What if Jennings starts game 1, plays solid throughout the year and never gives up the reigns. Does Harris leave?

I haven't read the entire thread, so don't know if you're veering from your original position to make a point. In any case, if you want to nitpick, it would be less likely for Harris to leave. He is chasing the presumed starter (Jennings) and even if he never beat Jennings out, he would have one year of eligibility to take over the reins after Jennings graduates... possibly two, though the odds of him redshirting this year are slim even if Jennings does win out and play almost every snap.

Jennings, on the other hand, has been a starter (however briefly), so if he gets beat out, he may perceive it as a demotion. From all accounts, Jennings is supposed to be a good guy and a team player, but it isn't out of the realm of possibilities that he could feel a little let down and have an itch to move on if Harris wins the battle-- especially since he would run out of eligibility before Harris graduates or goes pro.
