So what. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime. Prison ain't easy. Don't do something that will get you there, and you have nothing at all to worry about.

Mostly, I'm being sarcastic. But a little bit not. I mean, we should be humane about it, but who gives a rip about a footbridge over a sewer? Really? Don't jump in it and you'll be ok. But yeah, if you had a stroke, tey shouldn't leave you laying in your cell, and if one of your nads is gangrenous, they probably ought to have a look at it.
