Would be except Perdido Bay decided to expand into my house for a few hours during the flood. Took 5" of water inside and had a waterline on the outside of 15". My tenants bailed. Now I have to go down and lay 2800sq ft of tile to replace the carpet that got ruined and all the interior doors. Could have been way worse though.
