I don't even know what to say to this question. No, we shouldn't have made a super regional because we lost to Houston. They beat us. They won the regional.

In April, we didn't even think LSU would host a regional and they went on a run and became a national seed.

So are you asking me if I thought that we should make a super regional going into Sunday of the regional (the answer would be yes at that point) or are you asking me if I thought that we should make a super regional earlier in the season (the answer would be a resounding no). I don't think this LSU team was THAT damn good. They made an incredible run at the end of the season and, IMO, they accomplished a lot. I don't think that LSU was an Omaha caliber team outside of their end of the season run.

ETA: Before I get told that I want to "gag on PM's dick", the decisions he made with the pitching by leaving in McCune through the 8th and by bringing in Domangue on Monday were fricking retarded. Domangue shouldn't have been on the roster.
